Well Child Checks

Well child checks are recommended at regular intervals by the American Academy of Pediatrics to help monitor growth and development. These visits should occur at the following ages:

  • 2 weeks
  • 2 months
  • 4 months
  • 6 months
  • 9 months
  • 1 year
  • 15 months
  • 18 months
  • 2 years
  • Every year afterward through the age of 21

If Your Child Was Premature

If your child was premature please call the office to find out the right ASQ to fill out since the age will need to be adjusted for premature infants. Please fill out age appropriate ASQ form for your child’s Well Child Check.
